Why is registration closed?

The current focus is quality, governance and realistic integration

The service is not intended to collect unnecessary account data before the operating model is clear. During the current phase, access is created intentionally for pilots, organizations and integration projects where API behavior, support, request volume and auditability expectations can be clarified.

This keeps early usage aligned with the actual product direction: public-sector CO₂ calculation infrastructure rather than a generic consumer account system.
